  • Construction of the building & details of the thermal insulation (Heat losses & SAP calcs if available)
  • Preferred control zones (ie Room by Room or as one floor)
  • Details of Heat Source – Gas/Oil Boiler, Air Source Heat Pump, Ground Source Heat Pump, Bio Mass Etc
